The ROV12-200 is a 12 V, 200 Ah (10-hour rate) OPzV lead-acid battery from the Rekoser OPzV (Tubular Gel) series. It measures 499 × 259 × 238 mm and weighs 73.5 kg, with IT-M8-CU-20-7 terminals. It stores 2.4 kWh and delivers up to 1000 A. The best of lead. Maintenance-free with extreme service life. Typical applications: Solar/Wind Energy Systems, Electrical Substations, Telecommunications and Base Stations and Railway Signaling and Infrastructure.

To ensure optimal performance and maximize the lifespan of your REKOSER ROV12-200 battery, follow these assembly and connection guidelines.
1. Space and Dimension Verification
Before proceeding, ensure the receptacle or cabinet of your equipment complies with the unit's physical measurements:
- Length: 499 mm
- Width: 259 mm
- Height: 238 mm

2. Terminal Configuration (IT-M8-CU-20-7)
- Terminals: Ensure your system's connectors match the IT-M8-CU-20-7 type to prevent electrical arcing.
- Polarity: Check the positive and negative markings on the battery before connecting, to prevent short circuits.
3. Charge Parameters
- Cycle use: 13.80-14.10V (-30mV/ºC/cell)
- Float use: 13.50-13.80V (-18mV/ºC/cell)
4. Safety and Storage
Maintenance: Immobilised gel and tubular plate: sealed, no water topping up.
Position: Upright, or horizontal on a rack.
Charging: Keep to the stated charge voltage: gel is sensitive to overcharging.
Storage: Store charged, in a cool and dry place, and recharge periodically.
