As part of our growth strategy, we seek to incorporate sales agents in different countries to promote and sell our products/services through an attractive and flexible commission structure.
Position: Commission-Based Sales Agent (International)
Location: Remote Work
Contract Type: Freelance (Commission on Sales)
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and contact new potential customers in your region. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing the sale.
- Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product presentation: Promote REKOSER’s products and services through presentations, demonstrations and negotiations.
- Sales target achievement: Meet sales targets set by REKOSER, ensuring maximum profitability for both the company and you.
- Post-sales follow-up: Ensure that the customer receives adequate support after the sale, generating additional sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Results reporting: Report sales progress, business activity and market feedback to REKOSER sales management.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience: Experience in B2B sales or in the renewable energy, telecommunications, security, UPS sector will be valued, but is not essential. The most important thing is to have a passion for sales and developing business relationships.
- Network of contacts: Ideally, you should have a network of contacts in the mentioned industries, although this is not an exclusive requirement.
- Entrepreneurial attitude: Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-oriented mindset and a customer focus.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to negotiate with clients from different cultures and markets.
- Availability to travel (if applicable): Depending on the region, the ability to travel for business meetings or events will be valued.
- Languages: Knowledge of additional languages will be valued.
